RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with the merchandise you purchased, you may exchange or return it if you contact us within 15 calendar days of when you received it.
After 15 days, we cannot issue any refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in their original condition.
You may return the product for a refund, replacement/exchange, or store credit (you choose) if:
You requested the return within 15 calendar days after delivery, and:
You have not used the product in any way
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email notification of approval or rejection of your return for exchange or refund.
How Do I Submit A Return Request?
Please submit a return request using the form below. You will need your order number (located on your shipping email) and the email you used when you placed your order. Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have received a return authorization. Please do not send your purchase back to the distributor.
Exchanges
We only exchange items for the same item.
If the item is out of stock or unavailable, you will receive store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email notification of approval or rejection of your return for exchange.
If approved, your email will give processing details of the new item.
You will receive a separate email when the new item has shipped.
Transit time once shipped will vary depending on your location.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of approval or rejection of your return for a refund.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the method you choose in your previous submitted return request.
Please note that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded, and the cost of return shipping and processing will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping of Returns and Refunds
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Items that cannot be returned:
Any item more than 15 calendar days after delivery
Any item that has been used or worn or washed
Any item that purchased on Clearance
Any items on sale or purchased using a sale promo code

Personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. PLEASE double check your personalization and refer to our size chart.
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned.
