Its time to Breathe - Seasons download
Updated: Sep 19, 2021
Have you experienced a hot summer day in August? The Sun shining bright pulls you outside for the natural Vitamin D.
At first touch, the warmth on your skin somehow rejuvenates you and makes you feel like new until drip, drip, drip.
Here comes the sweat. You try to breathe in deep and somehow feel strangled by the humidity or lack there of.
In a second, something that felt so good turned into something uncomfortable. Something you got drawn to is now causing you to retreat speedily into anywhere there is air. Life has moments like that in a relationship, idea, or forum you get drawn in and then in a split second desire to retreat.
I believe this journey of life wouldn't be complete if we didn't have moments like this where we find our tolerance.
When we find out just how much of something or someone we have the capacity to experience.
In a second, we have the capability to realize when we have had enough and decide, " It's hot out here, and I think I'll go and find me some air."
In my journey, I have had to experience some really hot days. Some days were unbearable. They felt downright like hell. When going through those Seasons, I didn't know where to find air. I got strangled almost to death because I didn't know, I could simply, make a decision and retreat.
My relationship with Jesus Christ has taught me that I have a choice, blessing me with air. Air to breathe deep. Air to restore, and hope to complete the hardest parts of the journey. I'm grateful.
Without further ado, I share with you a little piece of my air.
Seasons- A Book of Poetry.
Thank you for believing in me.
